HealthyMe (“the App”) is developed by Michael Miles (“Developer”, “we”, “us”). This privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Summary
Your health data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal or health information to external servers.
Data We Access
HealthyMe requests read-only access to the following Apple Health data to provide personalized wellness insights:
Heart Metrics
- Resting heart rate
- Walking heart rate average
- Heart rate variability (HRV)
Sleep Data
- Sleep duration
- Sleep stages (REM, Core, Deep)
- Sleep efficiency
- Awakenings count
- Step count
- Walking/running distance
- Active calories burned
- Exercise minutes
- VO2 max
- Walking speed
- Six-minute walk test distance
Body Measurements
- Weight
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Respiratory rate
- Blood oxygen saturation
- Overnight wrist temperature
Mindfulness
- Mindfulness session duration and count
How We Use Your Data
All health data accessed by HealthyMe is:
- Processed entirely on your device using Apple’s on-device Foundation Models (Apple Intelligence)
- Used solely to generate personalized wellness insights shown within the App
- Never transmitted to external servers — we have no backend servers
- Never shared with third parties
- Never used for advertising or marketing
- Never sold
Data Storage
- Health data is cached locally on your device to improve performance
- Cached data is stored using Apple’s secure on-device storage
- Uninstalling the App removes all cached data from your device
- We do not write any data back to Apple Health
Third-Party Services
HealthyMe does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App operates entirely offline after installation.
Children’s Privacy
HealthyMe does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App is intended for general audiences.
Your Rights
Since all data remains on your device:
- You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > HealthyMe
- You can delete all App data by uninstalling HealthyMe
